Message From Director
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Peace and blessings be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.
Dear members of the Al-Resala Bilingual School community:
Dear parents, faculty and staff, and dear students,
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
By the grace and favor of God, we conclude our seventeenth scholastic year, one marked by numerous challenges and successes. During this year, thanks to God and fruitful cooperation, we were able to continue our educational journey with steadfastness and excellence, reflecting the school’s unwavering commitment to fulfilling its mission and raising the level of academic and educational performance.
The 2025-2026 academic year witnessed exceptional circumstances that necessitated the implementation of distance learning, for a short period of semester two, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Education. The transition to online (distance) learning commenced on March 1, 2026, to ensure the continuity of the educational process and the completion of the approved academic plan. During this period, students faced numerous psychological and academic challenges. However, Al-Resala Bilingual School was committed to providing a flexible and supportive environment that fostered continuous learning, maintained the quality of educational outcomes, and met the needs of students at all grade levels.
Thanks to God, the school’s teaching and administrative staff demonstrated outstanding professional and academic competence during the distance learning period, ensuring the efficient continuity of the educational process. Following the Cabinet’s decision to allow secondary school students to return to in-person learning, all students in grades 9 through 12 resumed classes on May 3, 2026, to complete the second semester and take their written exams. The special needs department also witnessed remarkable attendance under the optional attendance system, with attendance rates reaching near-full capacity, reflecting the commitment of parents and students to a better education.
Distance Learning Procedures at Al-Resala Bilingual School
In line with the Ministry of Education’s commitment to ensuring the continuity of the educational process, and with the move towards implementing distance learning and providing educational institutions with the option between synchronous and asynchronous learning for students from kindergarten through the third grade, Al-Resala Bilingual School has adopted a synchronous (live) learning system for all its students across all grade levels.
This approach was based on an educational plan and aimed at ensuring the efficient and effective continuity of the educational process, achieving the best interests of students, enhancing learning outcomes, and minimizing learning loss, while taking into account individual differences and varying family circumstances, thus contributing to providing a comprehensive and stable educational experience. The approach consisted of five aspects:
First: Developing the educational process and curriculum content through:
- Redistributing the class schedule aimed to focus more on core subjects and skills, taking into account students’ abilities in the distance learning environment.
- Adopting interactive teaching methods that supported student participation in virtual classes, while considering individual differences.
Second: Restructuring assessment mechanisms and measuring learning outcomes through:
- Adopting continuous assessment as a primary tool for measuring student performance.
- Individual assessments of kindergarten students will be conducted outside of class time to ensure accuracy and to consider the specific needs of each age group.
Third: Providing academic support and addressing learning loss
- Daily enrichment sessions were included in the school schedule to review essential skill.
- The academic workload will be reduced.
Fourth: Continuous communication with parents and psychological support
- Communication channels with parents will be strengthened and maintained effectively.
- Parents were engaged as key partners in the educational process.
- Remote psychological support services continued to be provided via different channels.
Fifth: School monitoring and discipline
- Specialized committees were formed to monitor attendance and provide necessary support, resulting in high attendance rates across all grade levels.
This plan reflects the school’s commitment to providing quality education under all circumstances by adopting flexible and modern methods that ensure the continuity of learning and support students academically and psychologically, maximizing their learning and prioritizing their best interests.
As we approach the end of this scholastic year, Al-Resala Bilingual School is pleased to announce the graduation of its ninth cohort of twelfth-grade students for the 2025/2026 academic year. On this occasion, we extend our warmest congratulations to our dear graduates, wishing them continued success and prosperity in their future academic and professional journeys. They have successfully completed their graduation requirements with distinction and excellence, thanks to God Almighty, the support of their parents, the efforts of their teachers, and their own determination to achieve their academic goals.
We also express our sincere gratitude to the parents for their unwavering support and invaluable trust, which we deeply appreciate. This trust was demonstrated by their children’s re-enrollment for the upcoming academic year. We pray that we will always live up to your expectations.
We encourage our students to make the most of their summer break by developing their skills, enhancing their knowledge, and preparing to continue their journey of success and excellence. Learning does not end with the conclusion of an academic year; rather, it continues with determination, diligence, and ambition. We are pleased to inform you that Al-Resala Bilingual School will open its doors to parents on Sunday, August 16, 2026. Students will begin the new academic year 2026/2027 on Sunday, August 30, 2026, following a relaxing and enriching summer break.
In closing, we pray to God Almighty to protect and guide our children, to grant our nation continued security and stability, to bless everyone’s efforts for the good and righteous, and to make our children righteous individuals who contribute to the advancement and progress of our nation.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
